Our leases run from mid-late August to near the end of July each year.  Generally, close to August 15th for move-in and close to July 31st for move-out.

Rent is not prorated.  The total amount of the rent due for the lease is divided into either two semesterly payments or twelve equal installments.  

The total rent for your lease is divided into equal installment payments.  You have two options in paying.

1. Semesterly -- Convenience and knowing that it is all taken care of.  First installment due at move-in and the send installment due at the mid-point of your lease--usually February 1st
2. Monthly - Monthly installments are a little more common.  If this option is chosen, the total rent for your lease is divided into equal installments usually 12.  The first being due at move-in and the second being due on the first of each month thereafter.

Your first rent installment is due on or before your move-in date.  Subsequent rent installments are due on the 1st of the month.

Parking is available to rent.  The parking rent is added to your monthly rent and can be paid with that.  There is some garage space available and off-street.
